Fritz Becker
He is a leader and generalist with a distinctive sales mentality.
His character was strongly influenced by his childhood in the retail family business and an early passion for team sports. His natural curiosity and strong willing power, helped him to drive the growth of start-ups and international corporations from the fashion industry such as VF, Benetton, Jost, Fond of, Copenhagen Studios (S.Oliver Group).
Later on, as part of senior management, he was responsible for various divisions with an annual sales volume of up to mid double-digit million euro range and the brand management in a maximum of 14 countries.
He knows exactly what it means to build brands from scratch and develop them into key players in the market.
Paul Beermann
He is a highly analytical driven and motivated person, willing to move the Business forward, with several years of professional experience in Sales and Business Development for leading global brands in the Sports and international Fashion Industry. Passionate Leader with Focus on developing and challenging Teams to sustainable growth with a “Hands On” attitude.
He can look back on working experience for brands such as Nike, Byredo, Tom Tailor, Set and Fabienne Chapot. He is an absolute sales specialist in the AGS region. During this time, he has built up a large network in the industry with an impressive track record.
Bassem Cheaib
With over 30 years of experience in the fashion & lifestyle industry, he has helped international brands to transform and developed their business.
He startet his career in retail, followed by various senior management positions in which he was able to take on a lot of responsibility in the areas of expansion, business development, wholesale management and HR for brands like Benetton.
Over the last few years, his territorial focus has been on AGS, Italy and France.
